She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell LeGrand and Anna Embry LeGrand Townsend; her husband Hubert W. Skaggs; and her brothers, J. Lee LeGrand and Royce A. Milton.
She is survived by: her son David Mitchell Skaggs (Jessica); her sisters, Charlotte Bray, Mae Lou Swisher and Joyce Edlen; and her grandchildren, Mercedes Skaggs, Brandon Skaggs and David Ray Skaggs. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
