He was predeceased by: his parents, Robie Slone and Doris Griffith Slone; his brother Greg Slone; and his girlfriend Dawn Slone. He is survived by: his siblings, Robie Dean Slone (Bea) of Florida, Jerry Slone (Harmalena) of Paintsville, Kentucky, Lana Johnson of Salyersville, Janie Hitchcock (Mike) of Paintsville, Joann Whitaker of David, Pam Davis (Tim) of Hippo and Kim Lilly (Jim) of Dayton, Ohio. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
