He is survived by: his nephew Bobby Ison; his daughters, Lesa, Angela and Amy Roark; his sisters, Naomi Richardson of Saint Claire, MO, Shelby Blanton of Elizabethtown, KY, Donna Coleman of Saint Claire, MO and Pauline Harris of Campbellsville, KY; and his half-brother Troy Roark.
