He is survived by: his parents, David Johnson and Catherine Cone Johnson; his children, Brooklyn of Beattyville, Kentucky, Natalie Johnson of Beattyville, Kentucky and Everett Johnson, Jr. of Beattyville, Kentucky; his sisters, Bridget Cone of Lexington and Rose Johnson of Beattyville; his nephews, Seth and Mason Mullins; and his niece Elayna Million. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
