Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
