He is survived by: his wife Sharon Marie Lightner Blevins; his children, Cody William Blevins (Erica) and Nicole Marie Blevins; his stepchildren, Rachel Cole (Matt), Leah Bean, Samuel Sturgill (Crystal) and Eve Cusano (Jimmy); his siblings, James Blevins (Peggy), Hershel Blevins, Jr. and Colouna Blevins; and his grandchildren, Emily Blevins and Durgen Webster. He is also survived by 13 step grandchildren.
