He is survived by: his parents, Robert Adkins of Pikeville and Shauna Thacker Brown (Steven) of Langley, Kentucky.; his spouse Nikki Owens Adkins; his daughters, Riley Adkins, Brynleigh Adkins and Navie Adkins; his siblings, Lucas Brown and Kristina Blankenship; and his grandparents, Garfield Thacker (Diana), Tim Thacker (Anna), Sandy Robinson and Charlie Brown (Dorothy).
