She is survived by: her children, David Hackworth (Marsha) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Josephine Curtis (late Ricky) of Chatsworth, Georgia and Barbara Hatfield (Ronnie) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and her siblings, Jimmy Bradley of Prestonsburg, Franklin Bradley of Prestonsburg, Loren Bradley of Silver Lake, Phyllis Bolen of Garrett and Dorothy Bolen of Garrett, Kentucky. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren & 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
