He was predeceased by: his parents, Corinne Rankins (Frye) and Roscoe Tucker, Sr.; his siblings, Geraldine Smith (Tucker), Shirley Bracken (Tucker) and Roscoe Tucker, Jr.; and his wife Marian (Overstreet).
He is survived by: his children, William Lawrence Tucker, Jr. and Sherry Tucker of Adelphi, MD. He is also survived by 14 nephews, 15 nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
