He is survived by: his wife Janet Curtis Pendergrass; and his children, Betty, Paul (Charlotte), Mark, Jeannie (Ken), Tom West and Rodney West. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great- grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contribution are preferred to Heritage Hospice.
