He is survived by: his children, Paula Wise of Louisville, KY, Andrea Johnson of Indianapolis, IN, Kimberly Jordan of Indianapolis, IN and Ivan Johnson of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Christopher Jordan and Jessica Jordan; his siblings, Brenda Carter (Bishop) of Lexington, KY, Wilbur Johnson (Hazel) of Louisville, KY, Jerome Johnson and Gregory Johnson of Danville, KY; his cousin James Munford of Danville, KY; his sisters-in-law, Pattie Sue Johnson and Ella Johnson; and his close friends, Jimmy Singleton and Ivory Yocum. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
