She was predeceased by her parents, William Westerfield and Jimmie Westerfield; and her son Richard Maxwell Stepp; and her brothers, James, William and Brent Westerfield Sherron. She is survived by her brother Logan Westerfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many good friends.
