He was predeceased by: his brother Chucky Durham; and his grandparents, Matthew Barbour, Vivian and Charles Durham. He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Durham and Tammy Durham of Moreland; his wife Courtney Durham; his sons, Shawn Hunter Durham of Danville, Cameron Gilpin of Danville, Jared Moore of Danville and Jeremy Moore of Danville; his grandmother Louellen Byrd of Stanford; his sisters, Heather Durham (Dennis Hurl) of Frankfort, Melissa Durham of Moreland and Elizabeth Angeloff (Michael) of Danville; his niece Lily Durham of Moreland; and his nephews, Dylan Durham of Lancaster, Blake Durham of Lexington, Trevor Rayborn of Moreland and Brylee Murphy of Harrodsburg.
