She is survived by: her children, Julie Warren (Tom) of Perry, Susan Horn (Bryan) of Danville and Craig Smith (Cathy) of Danville; her grandchildren, Jason Warren (Amy), Brandon Warren (Megan), Patrick Horn (Sara), Matthew Horn, Kelly Jean Horn, Lauren Spurgeon (Kyle) and Logan Smith; her great grandchildren, Reed Horn, Luke Horn, Carter Spurgeon, Kennedy Spurgeon, Hunter Warren, Colby Warren, Brooke Warren, Evan Warren and Emery Warren; and her brother James Kelly of New Hampshire.
