He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Phillips and Gracie Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Davis Phillips; his children, David Tyler Phillips (Katie) of Nicholsville and Jessica Rose Phillips of Owensboro; his grandson Barrett Asher; and his brothers, Wayne Phillips (Margaret) of Stanford and Carl Gene Phillips (Angie) of Stanford.
