It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Hawkins (Danville, Kentucky), who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, William Eugene and Bernice Jarmon; her husband Albert Hawkins, Jr.; her children, Jasmine Hawkins, Tiffany Russell (Lamond) and Albert Joseph Hawkins; her sister Rosalyn Faulkner; her grandchildren, Ja'Keem Ray, Amara Carmichael, Tayshia Hawkins, Mia Hawkins, Simone Hawkins, Amair Contreras, Jadarius Brown and Aron Hawkins; her mother-in-law Martha Gray; her nephews, Donald "Donnie" Faulkner, Jr. and RaShaad Faulkner (Sharkia); her great-nephews, Malika and RaShaad Faulkner; and her close friends, Rachel Isbell and Roslyn Coulter. She is also survived by eight brothers-in-laws, eleven sisters-in-law; host of nieces, nephews.
