He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Doc" Bowman and Emma Dearing Bowman; and his brother Darrell Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Perdue Conkwright; his sons, Bryan Conkwright (Sarah) of Lexington and Jeremy Conkwright (Amber) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Shelby, Ashlynn, Ruby, Henry, Jackson and Jase Conkwright; his brothers, Randy Conkwright (Debbie) and Gary Bowman; his brother-in-law Jeff Perdue (Kim) of Nicholasville; and his nephews, Jake Conkwright, Jeffrey Perdue and Zachary Perdue.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home (331 S 4th St, Danville, KY 40422).
