She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Sharp and Annlee Claunch Sharp; her husband James Downey; her grandson Todd Downey; and her siblings, Hazel Townsend and Seymour Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Downey of Nicholasville and Barbara Downey Caldwell of Nicholasville; and her grandsons, James Downey (Amy) of Danville and Joe Kelly of Nicholasville.
