It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Crouch of Danville, Kentucky, born in Lebanon, Kentucky, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Diana Herren Crouch. She is survived by: her father James A. Crouch (Pat) of Danville; her siblings, James Todd Crouch (Christy) of Charleston and Gina Kulick (Paul) of Oxford, Alabama; her nieces, Claire Hollins, Maggie Fonseca, Emma Crouch and Hallie LeAnn Kulick; her nephew Michael Kulick; her great-nephews, Lucas, Marshall, Rhett and Lincoln Michael; her stepsiblings, Greg Logue (Chrissy) of Ohio and Lee Ann Taylor (Steve) of Lexington; and her niece Marika Deemer of New York.
