She was predeceased by : her parents, Bryant Ray and Doris Qualls; and her siblings, Susan Mills and Raymond Qualls. She is survived by : her children, Jenna Bombe and Brandon Eads; her grandchildren, Nicholas Phillips, Victoria Phillips, Jordan Bombe, Alexis Bombe, Sierra Bombe and Stefan Eads; and her siblings, Mike Qualls (Jan), Patrick Qualls (Peggy), Carole Young, Jeannie Coffman, Terry Cornish (Lonnie), Audrey Terry (Larry), Linda Finchum, Barbara Mitchell, Tracey Lewis and Donna Verhoeven.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home - Danville (318 W Broadway St, Danville, KY 40422).
