She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora V. Davis and Willa Dake Fleenor; and her brother Joe Davis. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Price (Stacy) of Liberty and David Ashley Price of Salvisa; her stepmother Phyllis Davis of Danville; her brothers, Jim Davis (Jennie Smith) of Junction City, Craig Davis of Oklahoma, Randy Brown of Pennsylvania and Paul Dake of Washington; and her grandchildren, Morgan Price and Jacob Price. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
