He was predeceased by: his father Earl Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Conder; his children, Shawn Manuel Conder, Jared Phillips (Katie), Joey Burns and Carleigh Burns; his grandchildren, Duncan Phillips and Kace Phillips; and his siblings, Stuart Conder (Sandy) and Earlene "Sissy" Hargis (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
