It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madonna King of Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Stallard Trisler; and her brother Stanley Craig. She is survived by: her mother Norma "Janey" Trisler (Hubble); her significant other Rick Bishop of Danville; her sons, Daniel Tharp (Amanda) and Ben Tharp (Sam); her siblings, Ginger Bussell Skaggs of Harrodsburg, KY, Melody Thompson (Junior) of Harrodsburg, KY and George Craig (Vonda) of North Carolina, KY; and her grandchildren, Phenix Tharp, Memphis Hancock of Jordan Tharp, C. J, Hickey, Saniya Turner, Emoni Tharp, Ashton Tharp, Amara Hood, Leelynn Hood and Colton Milburn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel (345 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
