He was the father of Lewis C Brown and Desma Holbrooks; stepfather to Michael Kachline; grandfather of 4: Lewis C. Brown, III, Aaron Brown (deceased), Amanda Holbrooks, Luke Holbrooks, James Kachline, Hazel Kachline; and great-grandfather to Isabel Brown and Little Charlie Brown, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and to Diabetes Research.
