She is survived by: her children, Leslie Ann Oakley of Harrodsburg, KY, James Daniel Oakley of Alabama and Jeremiah Wesley Oakley of Frankfort, KY; her brother Ronnie Powell of Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mikeal, Brooklyn, Dalton, Trystyn, Mya, Shyanne, Malachi, Isabella and Jayden.
