He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kelley (Allen); his children, Patrick R Kelley of Hendersonville, TN and Erin Jarquin (Horacio) of Alexandria, VA; his granddaughter Briana Kelley of Warsaw, Indiana; his nephews, Scott Schumaker (Dana) of Marion, VA and Joseph Schumaker (Gini) of Gaithersburg, MD.; and his cousins, Merrill of Maine and Rick Kelley of Maine.
