He is survived by: his wife Louise Curtis; his daughters, Shawna Howard (Jordan) of Lexington and Brittany Curtis of Richmond; his siblings, Mike Curtis (Teresa) of Junction City and Lonna Gilbert (Mike) of Danville; his grandchildren, Zac, Adriana, Connor, Kaydence, Destiny and Dylan; and his nieces and nephews, Clint (Brie), Logan (Abigail), Nikki, Alli and Lilli Kate.
