He is survived by: his wife Celesta Nevius Lawson; his children, Alycea Pittman (Michael) of Danville and Marty Lawson (Kim) of Locust, NC; his sisters, Barbara Overstreet (late Jess) of Danville and Martha Caudill (Jimmy) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Whitney Pittman, Tyler Pittman (Merideth), Rachel Barnett (Stephen), Sara Cranford (Bryan), Rebekah Johnson (Jason) and Adam Lawson (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Kaeden Ford, Sawyer Pittman, Aniston Pittman, London Cranford, Nolan Cranford, Zoie Cranford, Elsie Cranford, Mariam Cranford, Abe Cranford, Ephrum Cranford, Genesis Cranford, Charlie Cranford, Jaleigh Johnson, Jose Taylor Johnson, Jentry Johnson, Georgia Lawson and Gianna Lawson.
