He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Russell Sexton and John; and his son Jackie Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Sexton; his children, Marcia Sheegog (Tim), Connie Smith (Keith), Liz Stevens (Jim) and Scott Sexton (Pam); and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Hunter, Justin, Jeremiah, Adam, Hagan, Jacob, Shelby, Cole, Candace, Sadie, Tabby, Tarra, Samantha, David Keith, Missy, Miranda and Jackie Wayne. He is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren.
