She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lee and Mary Beth Westerfield Casey; her husbands, Samuel Johnson and Albert Allen Johnson; her sister Thelma Girtley; and her grandson Hunter Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Samuel Johnson (Cheryl) of Danville and William Ray Johnson (Kelma) of Danville; her granddaughter Claudette Davis (Skates) of Louisville; her great grandchildren, Miller, Jones and Masyn Davis; and her sister Wanda Montgomery of Danville.
In memory of Isabel, memorial contributions are preferred to the Boyle County Public Library.
