She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis G. Adams and Floie Taylor; her siblings, Albert Lee Adams, Benton C. Adams and Hazel Adams Kane; her granddaughter Bridget Evans; and her son-in-law Roy Goins.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Muncy (Lucian), Donna Grant (Mike), Melinda Goins and Keith McGuffey (Julie). She is also survived by Her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
