She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Francis and Maxine Marie Williams Gordon; and her son James E. Lyons, III (Jimmie). She is survived by: her husband Jim Lyons; her children, Richard Todd Lyons (Susan Matherly) of Danville and Kristina Marie; her sisters, Constance Lee Ross (Gary) of Lexington and Gina Marie Branaman of Danville; and her grandchildren, Richard Todd Lyons, Jr. of Danville, Elizabeth Christine Lyons of Danville, Reagan Grace Wyatt, Payton Sophia Wyatt and Quinn Elise Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Gay Lyons.
