He was predeceased by: his parents, Reece Edgar and Dorothy Mae Daley Worthington; and his son-in-law Michael Troy Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Hainsworth Worthington; his children, Shawn Rene Campbell (Tommy Word) of Danville, Jennifer Jay Carlton (Devin Carlton) of Stanford and Frederick Nicholas "Nick" Worthington (Amelia Worthington) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Jaylee Elizabeth Carlton, Devin Reece Carlton, Lena Mae Worthington, Kyah Rue Worthington and Mila Ann Worthington. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
