She was predeceased by: her parent Grover Lamb; and her husband J. B. "Butch" Rains Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Alma Grimes Lamb; her children, James Logan, Poynter Grubbs of Lancaster, Joshua David Grubbs of Lexington and Sheila Darlene Broughton (Scott) of Danville; and her brother Douglas Lamb of Rossville. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
