It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Lee Martin of Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Martin and Ida Mae Martin; and his siblings, Donald Martin, Sylvia Linville, Mary Ann Cassidy and Pearl Phelps.
He is survived by: his wife Ferne Carter Martin; his daughters, Joy Chidester (Butch) of Glasgow and Jill Robertson (John) of Danville; his grandchildren, Brittany Durham (Nicholas) of Bowling Green, Brandon Chidester (Kathryn) of Tennessee, John David Robertson (Laura) of Florida, Paul Robertson (Brooke) of North Carolina and Elizabeth Robertson; his great grandchildren, Henry, Jack Durham, Conner, Caroline Chidester and Stella Robertson; and his sisters, Louise Atwood (Wayne), Alice Young and Helen Parras.
