He is survived by: his mother Lois Horton VanHook of Danville; his siblings, Patricia Johnson of Harrodsburg, Jo Ann Greene (Tony) of Bardstown, Angie Alford of Danville, Louis VanHook (Cleofe), Kenny VanHook of Danville and Bradley VanHook of Danville; and his daughter Mary Beth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
