She is survived by: her husband Leon Smith Sr.; her children, Leon Smith Jr., Lisa Joleen Smith, Penny Renee (Smith) and Mickey (Kenneth Mickey); her grandchildren, Isaiah Chaz Young Lexus (Kristian Aguilera), Alysia Leona Smith and Gregory Kenaniah Armstrong; and her great grandchild Kaiyah Amala Kimberlyn Hale. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
