She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fischer and Dorothy Linlithgo Fischer. She is survived by: her children, Charles Weiss III of New York and Dawn Godbey (Jack) of Danville, KY.; and her grandchildren, Chuckie Weiss, Ashley Weller, Krystle Weller, RayDale Ruth and Dalton B Ruth. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
