She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carter and Margaret Nevius Carter; her husband James Lee Yates; and her brother James Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Cunningham (Clay), Sherri Morgan (Johnny) and Cindy Beasley (Chip); her siblings, Patricia "Tootie" Coulter and Donnie Carter (Isabel); her grandchildren, Jeff Orberson (Ashley), Sarah Orberson, Brooks Cunningham (Michelle), Anna Anderson (Will), Chris Morgan (Stephanie), Josh Morgan (Gina), Cody Beasley and Dylan Beasley (Mariah); and her great grandchildren, Will Orberson, Carter Orberson, Jack Orberson, Hunter Orberson, Claire Morgan, Briggs Morgan, Adah Morgan Arthur Beasley, Cyrus Beasley and Jackson Cunningham.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Salt River Baptist Church (5125 Perryville Rd, Danville, KY 40422). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
