She is survived by: her children, Charles David Akers (Lula) of Dana, KY, Perry Todd Akers (Tina) of Dana, KY and Mary Breann Rogers (Steven) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Noah David Akers, Tayler Wright (Chris), Samantha West (Will), Tara Akers (Ben Tilley), Laikin Tackett, Kailyn Akers, Harrison Rogers, Hudson Rogers and Jayda Crum; her great grandchildren, Amriella Wright, Waylon Wright, Liam West, Asher West, Jaden Minix, Katie Marsillett, Adam Woods, Kelli Lykins, Luke Lykins and Logan Lykins; her nieces, Leslie Minix and April Woods; her nephew Ernest Jeffrey Campbell; and her brother-in-law Larry Akers.
