He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Greer Hall; his children, James Lee Hall (Cherry) of Stanville, KY and Kimberly Dawn Hall of Langley, KY; his brother Ralph Hall Jr. of Prestonsburg, KY; his granddaughters, Jami Summer Wesley, Kayla Mashea Dixon (Bryan) and Whitney Paige Moore (Derrick); his great grandchildren, Maverick Dean and Maddox Ace Dixon; and his daughter-in-law Tabetha Hall.
