He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Boyd Conn; his children, Justin Derek Conn (RC) of Lexington, Kentucky and Mindy Conway (Mark) of Dana, Kentucky; his granddaughter Emily Conway; his brothers, Anthony Conn (Leica) of Dana and Mickey Conn (Sara) of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Rocky Hamilton. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
