He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Sr. Chambers and Effie Deaton Chambers; his siblings, Viola Beckett and Curtis Chambers Jr.; and his grandsons, Jeremy Todd Chambers, William Chambers and Isaac Chambers.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Rose Chambers; his children, James Thomas Chambers (Vicki) and Kim Perraut (Tony); his siblings, James Chambers, Geneva Hamilton, Connie Dietz, Charlotte Chambers and Carolyn Traylor; and his grandchildren, Cara Beth Kiskaden and Sydney Barnes. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodhead Funeral Homes, Memorials & Cremation Service - Berry (106 Main Street - Berry, Berry, KY 41003). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
