She was predeceased by: her husband Charles William "Charley" Feix; and her parents, Floyd L. Russell and Jean Campbell Russell. She is survived by: her children, Sam W. Arnold, IV, John Russell Arnold, Sr. (Crystle) and Anne Wishart Arnold-Ratliff (Roland); her grandchildren, Catron Arleane Arnold, Campbell Anne Arnold, John Russell Arnold, Jr. and George William Nash Arnold; and her friend Michelle Ortiz.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be sent to Bluegrass Hospice Care, Cynthiana Presbyterian Church, Scott County Humane Society-"For Pets' Sake," or the Flora Shropshire Animal Shelter.
