It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Brizendine of Cynthiana, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Brizendine. He is survived by: his mother Trea Jo Roberts; his children, Johnny Preston Brizendine (Makayla), Layne Rogan Brizendine, Alyssa Lynn Brizendine, Josie Annabelle Grace Brizendine and Haley Cordray (Andrew); his siblings, Tommy Brizendine, Tina Brizendine and Laura Charles (Michael Ray); his granddaughter Alayna Carter Brizendine; and his nephew Jonathan Stiltner. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
