With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Kenneth Butcher of Cynthiana, Kentucky, who passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester and Gladys McClanahan Butcher; his siblings, Carl Butcher and Geneva King; and his niece Nancy King.

He is survived by: his wife Janie; his sons, James Edward Butcher (Nikki) of West Union, OH and Patrick Lee Butcher (Elizabeth) of Dry Ridge, KY.; his grandchildren, Haley, Deacon, Emma, Madison and Jackson; and his sister-in-law Martha Butcher.

Memorials are suggested to: Antioch Mills Christian Church, Antioch Mills Cemetery Fund, and Bluegrass Care Navigators Hospice Care.
