He was predeceased by: his sister Wanda Garland. He is survived by: his children, Frederick D. Pensinger, III, Thomas Ashley Pensinger, Teresa Dailey (Tom) and Christina Pensinger; and his sisters, Phyllis Vance (Larry) and Janet Mays (Bill). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
