He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Smith (Tammy) of Cynthiana, Kentucky, Doug Smith (Charlene) of Cynthiana, Kentucky and Byron Smith (Becky) of Cynthiana, Kentucky; his siblings, Rose Nations (Steve) of Winchester, Wanda Richardson of Jackson, Kentucky, Christine Smith of Jackson, Kentucky, Maxine Smith of Jackson, Kentucky, Elmer Smith (Sarah) of Jackson, Kentucky and Kenneth Smith of Jackson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Daniel Haddix (Laura), Josh Smith (Kate), Tyler Smith (Danielle), Zachary Smith, Lexie Palmer (Luke), Trever Smith and Jaci Smith; and his great grandchildren, Stormy, Autumn, Nash, Lizzy, Dean, Noble and Vera. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
