He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mildred Herrington, Ruby Herrington Sims, Woodrow and Jim Herrington. He is survived by: his wife Janice Herrington; his children, David A. Herrington of Shelbyville, Indiana and Susan Naziripour of Florence, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Camran and Mariam Naziripour.
