He is survived by: his children, Joseph Lewis McKinney of Frankfort, Paul Wayne McKinney (Kim) of Louisville, Gary Lane McKinney of Campbellsville, Christy Lail (Gary) of Cynthiana and Pammy K. Jette of Washington State; his daughter-in-law Sandy McKinney; and his sisters, Bobbie Baxter of Cynthiana and Ann Gunsauley of Cynthiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
